Refund policy
We do hope you love your pieces as much as we do, if for any reason you may wish to return or exchange an item please see below for further details.
Refunds: All of our merchandised is handmade, each item is quality controlled carefully and packaged with care. If for any reason there is a faulty item we are able to offer a full refund, if all return requirements are met. We ONLY offer full refunds for faulty items, please use the email below for further assistance.
Exchange/Credit: For change of mind, size or design change we offer a store credit or exchange, Provided all of the following return requirements are met:
- The item/s are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, swing tag attached, swim hygiene sticker attached, within the wallet items are delivered in
- Include your order number for return/exchange
- Be shipped for return within 14 days of receiving your item
If any of the requirements are not met, we have the right to refuse the return.
Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide free return for shipping.
We strongly advice you use track and trace postal service for your return. We are not liable for any parcels that may be lost or damaged.
Please contact us via email info@july-rain.com with your order number along with reason of return. We will then supply you with the address you need to send your item/s too.
